want to get ripped in 6 weeks

bug

New member
Hello,
I also posted this on the anabolic forum. I was on the androstat poppers 150 for a month and they I put on 1.5-2lbs of muscle. However, it also put a good amount of fat and water on me too. I am going to South Beach,  Florida in 6 weeks. I am a female 135lbs. and 5'8. (15% bodyfat.) My diet is now- high protein and low carbs. I am currently taking the Adipo fat burners. I work out 6 days a week.  I do 1-2 bodyparts a day and cardio for 45mins- five days a week. I don't want to lose the muscle from cardio. (Too much?) I want get ripped up 6 weeks!!!!! Any suggestions?

You could try an ECA and keep your cardio up, as long as you take in alot of protien, you should be fine.  If its 6 weeks form now, you probably don't have enough time to get a hold of some T3, but you could keep that in mind for next time you need to drop some bf.  And try to keep your carbs very low (this is the hard part for me)....At 15%, your not sitting too bad at all, so 6 weeks you should be looking great!!  :D

Good Luck and Take Care!

1)cardio
2)eca
3)dandolion root or tartaxtone (water)

cardio,,, it depends on how high the intensity of the cardio is, i.e., if you are burning fat or muscle glycogen as a fuel source. low intensity cardio exercise, burns a much greater %of stored fat than high intensity exercise... if you want to primarily burn bodyfat, you want to stay at a lower heartrate. ...you'll burn significantly more fat performing 45 minutes of cardio at 50%-60% of your age predicted heart rate maximum, than you will doing 20 minutes of cardio at 85%.
....individual genetics play a role in how much fat you burn, ..lean mass you maintain,,, as does the amount of calories you are eating...Unless you have a very difficult time maintaining lean muscle,, i seriously doubt you'll burn any muscle, performing cardio at 65% of your age predicted max heart rate (or less), if you are take in enough calories to sustain the lean muscle mass you have....

eca... spanishfly bumped some info on that for you ... stacker 2 workes very good in that aspect so does thermadrene..

water retention... every womens worst nightmare... without taking the risk involved with lasix and products of that sort.. you can take dandolion root... all natural dieretic.. . the herb is a source of potassium, sodium, phosphorus and iron... so you do not have to worry about any of the depleting stores as with some of the harsher chemicals for water loss..

Thanks for all your input. In addition to lifting,  I am currently doing the low impact cardio 3 days a week and 2 days of high imoact cardio.  I have used the stacker before and it was effective. I'll let you know how it goes!! Thanks so much! :)

Just wanted to toss in that the high pro/low carb diet will in its own help you to retain your muscle mass. Just be sure to keep that protein intake high ...

And since you are taking AdipoK as a fat burner, use that in the morning before your cardio and while your stomach is empty. The reason for this is that yohimbine's efficacy as a fat-burner drops substantially when insulin is around. That's why it's so effective on a ketogenic diet - there are very low levels of insulin present. But even protein, in the absence of carbs, triggers some insulin release.

During the other times of the day, use a standard ECA.

sasha and dezir took care of you on the rest ...  ;)

Sounds like you got some great advice.  You can really drop the fat with no carbs, 5 days then carb up for 2.  It is difficult but not impossible.  You will see a difference very quicky.  I am doing that now with AdapoK, T3, and 10mg anavar.  The results are coming along nicely.  I was about 15%...now down to 11 or 12%.
BTW, I live in the Miami area and South Beach is great this time of year...you will look great in a thong!!! Just keep up the hard work.

Hight protein will help fight catabolizm but you have to watch out what kind of protein supplements you use 100% whey protein will not help you keep your muscles. You need a slower protein. A mixture of casein and whey or egg.

three words sis: var and winny.

additionally, if you can't get your hands on some gh, try boosting natural production of it.  arginine pyroglutamate, gaba, and glutamine peptide cocktail before bed, upon rising, and during the day always on an empty stomach.  fat'll melt off.  post me on your results.

btw, if this is your first trip to sb get ready for some fun!  it's hottt!  <!--emo&GG--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/bigsmile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='GG'><!--endemo-->

:) Hello,
I just wanted to give you all an update.  I am down to about 13.3% BF.  It seems like a pretty slow process this time.  I had a few bumps along the way.  I got the flu for a week and needed more carbs than usual.  This set me back about a week or so.  I have 2 weeks until I leave. I feel as though I am holding a good amount of water in my stomach area. Do you think that adding the Dand Rt. and the things that Tregun suggested for the water retention  and Fat burning etc.. will make a difference in 2 weeks? What to do in only 2 weeks?????  Any suggestions????

Thanks so much for your info!!!!!

Hello,

I have a question about Estrogen....I never get my period, therefore my doctor prescribed 6 high dose Birth controll pills (take with in 2 days) so I can get my period.  My nutitionist said that it will stay in my system for about 3 weeks and causes bloating and water retention.  What works better...Dand Rt. or Taraxatone for water loss?

Any answers or comments???

Andrea
