Im excited to be here! Mike has spoken very highly about the board so i thought i should check it out!

Im in full swing in my off season now, but there are lots of great things going on.

If anyone is in the CT area, The Montanari Borthers are hosting another posing seminar and panel discussion with Evan Centopani, myself and a few other CT IFBB Pros, in October! I think it will be free or a 5 dollar charge, you get to train, go to the posing seminar (all divisions will be there), and chat with some of the pros! exciting stuff!

There was a HUGE turn out last time we did the seminar. we are hoping that it wil double in size. Of course having Evan there is a big draw
