I've done glutes, quads, calves, tris, bis and delts. I do not like calves, quads or bis though so I stick to delts, tris and glutes primarily unless I have to do daily pins then I'll throw the others in there
Mainly glutes, then shoulders! I have done quads but hit a nerve many years ago and my entire outer quad went flacid for an entire year, atrophy set in and it took a long time to get my quad back, its normal now but man i will never do quads again! lol
