What do you wear when you train?

I used to wear tank top but for some now have changed to wearing baggy sweatshirt and almost always shorts....I like the feeling of sweating like a MF and having it warm in my gym despite the complaints of the fluffies. Is it my imagination, but if your in a cut cycle, does wearing a warm sweatshirt actually help burn fat via thermogenisis?

I have found that whatever the general public, aka mainstream (lamestream) does, I do the opposite!! Much better results and no hype

I notice most of the biggest dudes I see in the gym wear sweat suites or equivalent. I read some where that you should always wear your clothes one size bigger that way you are always trying to "fill them out".

I use to train in tank top and tights in my early 20's and then closer to my 30's i started wearing cargo sweat pants or shorts and tank tops, and all through my mid 30's i switched to sleeveless shirts and shorts or cargo sweats pants.

As i got older and more importantly bigger, I started to cover up more and more lol, in all honesty, i got to a point where i didn't want anyone gawking at me or talking shit, so i covered up , i mean it was still obvious but i guess it made me feel better loll

I am not big so I have to I just wear regular clothes. T-shirt and shorts. Like my PaPa always said, "It aint a fashion show boy just do what you have to do"

big fan of the new breathable material. I still wear some cotton, but I sweat through the back within 20-30 minutes. I wear less at my home gym, when I travel I tend to cover up more since people are more likely to "eye F you" at a new gym.

I seriously doubt wearing multi layers really helps.....maybe a mind set more than anything. All it is is water....but that being said, I like the idea of not letting others see you for a while, then after a period of time, you put on a tank and presto, your cut!!

Depends on what I'm working. Some days sweats and thermals, some days tanks and shorts. Some days tshirts and shorts or sweats. I like freedom of movement, and not being restrained as I'm training, so I wear what's comfy for that part on that day.

always stay covered up....hoodie, hat and sweat pants..my wife always ask me why do I always stay covered up and never let people see whats I have going on...I get tired of the questions in and out of the gym.....and I do this for me, not to be gawked at or show off....I do this for me and me only...hard to explain to her but even out of the gym I stay covered up for the most part....

I too stay covered up even out of gym except on hottest of days....owning my own gym has many advantages and disadvatanges, the latter being the idiotic questions I get esp from the newbies. It got so bad I actually joined the gym down the street for a while....but since everyone knows me in this hick town, I had same issue there, people asking me this & that. But yes I cover up as well at least to keep the gawkers away

I wear lots of tanks and long shorts but I did pick up some great gear at the show I just went to and I'm going to start wearing it. Some long sleeve NPC camo knit shirts, a couple Silverback Crew tank tops and BodyBags tanks and shorts. The BodyBags stuff is made incredibly well I will buy more of it off their site. If you buy from their site today put flash40 in the coupon code and get 40% off. Pretty sweet deal there.

The owner was at the show and he said the code would work for 2 more days so I think today is the last day.

It's not super thin material that wont last. He picks the fabrics himself and has it stitched and made at his warehouse. This stuff can see a lot of abuse and washing.

I just tried it the flash40 is still working. Check out the black pro gear shorts with the red stripe they are sick I got 2 pairs of them.
