I posted in the past to see how much everyone currently weighed. there was alot of post on that topic. i was just wondering since that post, has everyones wieght increased or decreased.
decreased leaned out for summer,not by choice summer down in FL as hell on appitite planing an old school bulker middle of the month.I gotta hit 220 to 225 if it kills me 215 now.
I started a mass cycle at the beginning of Oct. I am 5'5 and went from 192lbs up to 207lbs. I will be dieting down starting around the end of March for the summer. Hoping to come in at 190lbs at 8-10%bodyfat for the summer
In 8 weeks, a cycle of sus, and some seriously intense training, I'm up to 217 from 192. Don't care about bf%....just about adding size right now. No cardio for me in the new year!
