What exercises have you outgrown?

I used to LOVE EZ bar curls, but now the grip points are too narrow and they stress by wrists, tendons, and even my front delts. I also used to love shoulder presses, but now they just don't work for me and just lead to injury when I get to a weight that gets me to 20 reps.
Some exercises are much more fun now that I'm bigger. I love row machines as it seems that I'm powerful through the whole movement. I also love pressdowns as my biceps are like a squishy padding at the top of the movement

theres exercises i really hate doing, but none that i have outgrown or dont find useful? well one, concentrated isolation db curl...fucking useless for me

thats weird, that would have been my answer! I use to live by doing these with my elbow on my inner thigh, and i stopped doing them for years and then decided to try them out again, and it just wasnt the same, i would say i out grew them i guess

Exactly. They are useless to me. I have done them over and over and I don't get shit out of them.

I used to feel the same way about these. I would always do them at the end of an arm workout to try and squeeze a little more blood in there, but I got to the point that I didn't feel like they were doing much for me. I stopped doing them at all for a while. About a year ago or so I started doing them first to get warmed up and isolate the bis. I am able to do more weight and feel like it is working for me. You guys might want to give it a try.

Actually I did think of something I actually outgrew and it was the hack squat, it got to the point where every time I went down I would knock the handle on each side with my hips and knock it locked back into place and it would fuck me up half way down lol! So yeah I outgrew the hack squat literally but I think it was too narrow to begin with as I would have to pop the swivel handle into my pockets of my sweat pants so it wouldnt fly back over and lock when my hips would hit it on my way down each ttime but it got to the point where putting each handle into my pockets wasn't working lol

So I found some other things to add in here. I can't use the Donkey calf machine as its too light even with two 150lb dumbells on top. I can't use the seated machine row, Strive Pulldowns, or the calf press
