I like Clen coz
It works great with carb cycling. In fact it works better with carbs in diet.
It makes me loose water and skin feels tight.
Has a mild anabolic effect, probably due to fact that it increases metabolism by 3%, improves carb uptake and probably other nutrients including protein synthesis.
Burns fats while it does not burn muscle like t3
I don't have to combine it with anything else to see its effects
I hate Clen coz
It causes increased heart rate, shakiness and my body deciphers it as nervousness. Causes me to come across as less confident while public speaking, slightly sadder demeanor and worse of all super nervous voice while talking to random new chicks in public etc lol
I can take anything else but nervousness is the worst side ever.
But that's idiosyncratic I think.....fck!!!
