What is your preferred method of cardio?

I like doing the 20 lb medicine ball slams on the floor they burn my arms and they really get you heart rate up
 
Not a fan of cardio, very boring but I still have the old standby Schwinn Air Dyne in my living room from over 20 yrs ago. Its kinda noisy but the fan is nice cooling effect....I havent done cardio since my last contest in November.

BTW I used to run outdoors, can anyone logically explain how jogging outside lowers your test levels??

This is news to me, I know lots of jogging can end up being a little more catabolic then other types of cardio, but I never knew it actually lowered your test levels. Bump for someone to comment on that.
