What's the latest info on these free-form amino supps? Last I read they were pretty much useless in free form and you're better off just consuming actual protein....
I sip throughout the day... and also throughout my workout. I really notice a difference in endurance but it could be psychological.That's what I've read, too... from my understanding the only real time you might use them is intra-workout on a fasted workout so you're not draining yourself... a lot of these protein shakes show a breakdown of bcaa's or amino acids anyway

To add to the above lists I would add the following, this protocol really works for me:
phosphatidic acid- found in mico-PA, King or my cheap favorite.............. lecithin granules
L- Leucine
Peri workout supplimentation-
peptipro ( best protien on the market, period)
custom carbs- my favorite is highly branched cyclic dextrin
Why not go with both. Many companies are combining both to give you a more sustained release to your body.Since I'm going for mass, I read casein was better than whey...any thougts?
