What supplements are essential to your bodybuilding?

Yellow Snow are you talking about Protein Factory PeptoPro Peptide Formulation or their Native Whey Isolate? I've used their Native Whey Isolate and it's good but it aint cheap lol. I switched over recently to the Magnum Quattro and like it just as much.
I was using protein factory (they used to be very reasonable, they have gotten a little pricy) until I found True nutrition's peptopro. Ture Nutrition is cheaper and they also still do custom formulas which I like a lot.

Basically I am trying to do a poor mans version of Biotest Plazma, which is absolutly kick ass, but it is very pricy.
 
What are you using as your carb source? You use any sodium or potassium as well. I have been using baking soda with good success.


Yes on the potassium and baking soda. How much do you weigh and how much baking soda are you taking before GI distress?
 
I hang around the 35 gram mark is why I was asking. I've went over and got the shits but maybe i didn't drink enough water.

That is way more than I take. I can't stand the taste and it makes me almost sick to my stomach if I take it straight or in a drink. I put it in "00" capsules and I have no issues. I take 3 "00" capsules right before training. I am assuming that the "00" caps hold 750mg-1g each.

All I can say is don't take 50 grams because you will shit through a screen door for a few hours. I mix it in a small amount of water with a grape sweetener and chug it fast. Lets not clog up this topic with this I will make a new topic.
 
My minimum consists of 4 supplements.
1. Multivitamin for men.
2. Whey Protein Powder.
3. Fish Oil.
4. Creatine.


I'm interested to see what everyone else has in there gym bag.
Soon I hope to add MC IGF-1 LR3, the specials and quality are too good to pass up!

This is a solid stack, pretty much what I take. I do regularly take preworkout though. About to try Gaspari SP250 soon
 
There are few preworkouts that really get me going like some of the old stuff. Pump wise... I like tadalifil (cialis) haha
 
I've been reading lately that casein has a pretty poor amino acid profile for building muscle. Many say to supplement with leucine and glutamine on top of it or buy some with bcaa's in the formula.
