WHY ARE WE PROTECTING THE PEOPLE THAT ARE SCREWING UP(NOTICE I DID'NT USE THE F WORD) REWARD AND PRAISE THE LAZY FRICKEN PEOPLE THAT CAN'T GET THE JOB DONE THEN HIRE SOMEONE ELSE TO DO THE JOB. YOU STAND BEHIND THESE PRODUCTS THEN SEND THEM OUT AND GET THE JOB DONE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NUMBER 1 BUT NOT ON OLD MC IT'S CALLED SCREWING UP AND MESSING UP ORDERS.

ONE THING I KNOW FROM THIS IS BIZ WILL NOT LAST IF YOU KEEP GIVING EMPTY PROMISES AND BROKEN BS STORIES TO THE BRO'S WHO ORDERS. EITHER GET YOUR CRAP TOGETHER(NOTICE I DID'NT USE THE S WORD) OR STOP SELLING THIS PRODUCTS AND LET A REAL COMPANY TAKE OVER AND STOP PLAYING UPS OUT OF SOMEONES APRTMENT OR HOUSE. bro u have a handful of people with late ordersas opposed to litterly hundreds of satisfied customers, this doent need any further discussion, its bullshit, and we been doing this since 1999 and everyone runs into problems, but a couple guys go to far with their gripes, wich is undfersrtood time to time, but make no mikstakes about it, oursatisfied to unsatisfied customers ratiois rediculously in favore of the happy patrons, i am content with our over all business practices over the past 6 years, shit happens, we own up to problems and make them right, but by no stretch of the imagination are we or will we ever fuck anyone over, its immature ppeople who spread drama and i could give a swhit less if they televised a live broadcast stating we are *******s,lol, reason being is you cant take the truth and the first hand experience from the 99% of our very happy patrons who will go by their experiences with us, and not the word of a couple guys who made more out of a situation then was warrented, I would think after 6 years of loyal and sometimes ball busting service to our members and customers that if we were no good as the few have recently proclaimed then we would have been out of business many many years ago, its that simple!!!

they can whine all over the net for all i care honestly, our customers are 70-80% repeat so the trouble makers can NOT hypnatize those many happy customers into believeing we are shit, maybe they can reach a few new guys who have no first hand knowledge but ya know if anyone bases their decision not buy from us from this petty bullshit, then they arent the kind of customers we want anyhow much less members here
