What's the best way to lower SHBG?

I know that guys run Proviron, which bonds strongly to SHBG, thereby permitting higher free test levels in the blood. But are there products out there that actually lower SHBG levels?

Vitamin D
Stinging Nettle (allegedly used widely in Europe)
Boron

Doesn't masteron do this as well? I'd also assume that some otc products that convert to stanodrol would do this as well.
