i think my fav. is rack pulls or shallow deads. I just feel it everywhere the next day. Just curious as to you guys I only do those every other week so need to switch it up on the other weeks.
I'm all about some rack deads! The fuckin gym I'm working out in though has these bitch ass chrome bars with worn to shit grips. The humidity in the gym makes it impossible to go heavy even with straps. Thankfully they have a good t-bar machine there though :thumbsup:
A good 2 supersets of reverse grip cable pull down with T bar rows, then a couple of sets of Hammer Rows and finishing with 4 dead lift.
Intense!!! it means low rest time between sets and heavy. 30- minute workout.
Deadlifts for me. I am going to start my old caveman routine again Monday. Back to basics... Squats, deads, and dumbell benches. Been doing tons of bodyweight exercises to drop the lbs and get back in shape. Time to put on some size. I am curious to see what I can hit on deads.
