What's your go to muscle meal.

You know the one you usually eat at least once a day probably more like twice a day.

MY goto meal is brown rice cooked with a cube of bullion. Usually eaten with chicken. Top it off with some green onions chopped tomato and hot sauce.
I can make some pretty good chicken fried rice too. Slice some onion garlic. Fry with some sesame oil(dip into the brew basket:flex:) and regular oil. Add some precooked chicken then just add your cold precooked rice(spray the rice with some oil spray so it doesn't stick) cook for like 2 minutes then make a hole push the rice shit to the sides and crack an egg. I add some soy sauce to the egg scramble it and chop it up then mix with rice. You can add soy sauce to the rice in the pan but if it cooks down to much it gets really really salty strong. I just add soy after to taste. To make it really authentic add some of those bean sprout things too. I don't think they have much nutritional value though. I'd rather add broccoli.

But anyway pretty much any rice and chicken with hot sauce. If you like tobasco. Go to the mexican section and get the La Preferida Louisana Red Pepper shit. It's a clear bottle and you can see the red peppers in it. It doesn't last long. But you can just refill it with white vinegar put it back in the fridge and the next day it will be tobasco sauce again. You can probably do this for up to about a year. Ive put garlic in there too.

Mine is: 1 carton egg whites (pint) drink it.
1 whole banana

Many time I leave the house I take these two things with me I usually consume it 2 three times

Not necessarily a muscle meal, but I love hard boiled eggs and peanut butter on the go. I always keep hard boiled eggs in my fridge so I can grab them on the run. Quick and easy calories

Dude! You sound like you can cook! I'm going to try these recipes. They look really good

Always have a dozen hard boiled free range eggs with me when I leave the house in the morn. Some days eat all of them, some days just a couple but they are always avail.
Lately ive been chopping 6 egg whites, half of a large pouch of tuna, black pepper, spinach leaves, glob of Waldens mayo substitute and sliced jalapeños all mixed up in a big bowl. Tasty and cheep with more quality protiens from the tuna and egg. I don't see how there could be a better muscle meal than that.

mine is pretty much half a thing of eggwhites with some water and as of lately human evo protein, sometimes i splash in some olive oil to get a little fat.

Right now, not freaking much. Other than post Five Guys Burger on friday after legs. When not dieting I love ground Bison mixed with 2 omega eggs and 1/4 cup of cream of rice mixed with some walden farms chocolate syrup. BOMB

Turkey bacon, eggs, coffee

My favorite in the morning and before bed

Does Five Guys beat Culvers? I heard 5 guys fries are pretty good if they are not too greasy.

Don't have Culvers here but my trainer says Five Guys or In N Out (west coast burger king, beats 5 guys.) If you ever see an In N Out if you ever head out west, you'll never see a burger as just a burger. Bread has no preservatives, beef and veggies are delivered daily, fries and hand cut and the service is second to none.

I used to live in vista CA. I know all about In N Out. They are freaking awesome. Yes I heard they are still family owned and they won't franchise cause they don't want the quality to go down at any location. It's nice to see some values in fast food and not just shitty value. I used to bring a chicken breast on the bone to the carls Jr and just order the salad bar. I always thought of Carls Jr as west coast burger king.

haha that's cool. I use to live in Temecula

Crazy golf courses in temecula up there in the desert and mountains. Temecula Creek Inn. Yeah it's hard to explain In N Out. It's just so clean tasting. Culvers is more like a home cooked burger if you put a good cut or grind of beef with maybe a 85/15 ratio. meat/fat:D In a cast iron skillet or just good seasoned skillet with.....BUTTER..... and some trademark wisconsin cheese, The Survivor needs to chime in on this he's from Wisconsin. Home of the butterburger.:tread:

Chicken is our go to meal here! And if I'm being honest I'm soo tired of chicken and baked potatoes lol but my wife just gave birth to over 16 pounds of twins so she's trying to lose the weight fast and I'm stuck eating "chicken which way every day" lol. Haven't eaten fast food in years, and sometimes dream about a Wendy's baconator meal!! Mmmmmm

how about a T-Rex burger from Wendy's. That would be a good snack after 4:20 in the daytime....
