Whats your training split?

m/w/f offseason

m/t/th/f precontest (additional cardio on offdays in addition to training days as needed)
 
2 on 1 off 2 on 2 off

off days are always Wednesday and Saturday and Sunday

I use to live by that schedule religously for years but now it varys alot

I'm the same I like having the day off middle of the week. If I miss a bodypart I usually shift the week to include the saturday.
 
2/1 2/1 infinitely. I never have the same off days obviously. Its nice to have a friday off or saturday sometimes.
 
Mon, Wed, Thu. I would do Friday, but my wife likes to have Friday as date night.
 
three one one off. that way I hit everything twice per week.
More growth cycles= mo betta.
Nuk, I bet an advanced guy like you might really benefit from switching it up to something like this.
