whew....269lbs today

Been on the mc IGF for a couple weeks.When I started I was fluctuating between 260-265lbs. Now this morning I weighed in at 269lbs before my first meal. Thinking of taking the weight into the 280-285 range and see how I feel again. I am 5'9...

liv 52 is made by himalaya products of india which also carry liv 52ds ( double strength ).

Find an indian website if not you'll end up ordering them from an american website or be redirected by the company's website to their american distributor, but trust me you want the one that comes from india as it is much stronger pound for pound than their american counter part.

I dont think its really to hard on the liver...Let me do some research on it first though....never really thought of it...
