Whey
When it comes to whey, isn't all just a matter of taste? Inspite of all the arguements about filtration, pre-digestion and so on, don't they all deliver 80 or 90% to the system? Without mentioning names, sure there's some junk whey out there. But look at all the good stuff. It goes back to taste. Of course, we all have our particulars issues. Some don't like artificial sweeteners or flavors and some hold their nose and swallow anything. We all like good products at good prices but how effective can you expect whey to be at any price? It going to be digested not injected. Or has someone tried that?
