Who eats fruit?

I find it hard to eat a lot of fruit when I am trying to bulk because it can be filling.

But I usually toss about a half a cup or more of frozen fruit into some of the shakes that I make at home (blueberries, strawberries, cherries). Adds a lot of flavor and nutrients and makes it more of a frozen shake. Have two of those a day and you are set in terms of your fruit.
 
i had no idea fruit had sugar in it, but anyways like flex said, it's good sugar, not like that white crap you put in your coffee, I eat fruit and vegitable everyday in order to maintain energy, if I miss my fruits/vegies, I take a multivitamin to replace what I didn't get-otherwise I start feeling tired..
 
Cottage cheese is the shit i picked up about 6 containers today, and eating it at 10pm is fine as long as that's all your eating, it's slow digesting casein, nice n anti-catabolic.
 
Hey chaps, heres one for ya, add 1 tbsp of splenda and 1/4 scoop of ANY flavor protein powder to your cottage cheese, dont ask, I tried it tonight with strawberry and it was amazing, Im ALWAYS looking for ways to add a kick to well, eveything I eat. Its protein powder so you cant go wrong, just mix it good. Youll be surprised!
 
Bananas are extremely good for BB'ers IMO, because they contain a lot of potassium--vital for keeping bp down.
