who is doing DC by the book?

I'm trying to modify my life and workouts to the book. Dante said that unless you do the diet, too, then you aren't "doing it by the book." That will be my biggest challenge. So far, the workouts and stretching has helped tremendously.
 
I do almost all of it by the book. The only thing I don't do is cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. My schedule doesn't allow me to make it to the gym early enough so I eat right when I wake up. I still do morning cardio, it's just 2 hours after I wake up.
 
same as others. I didnt see the cardio part though. Im only doing cardio twice a week. I try to do it in the morning but im usually just getting off work then.

ive tried to keep it by the book. I made changes with the comments you listed in my dc post.
