A lot of people take them on empty stomachs. Not sure why you haven't seen it before though, I thought it was much more prevalent than that, but who knows.
Thats why we advise all our customers whether they purchase the BCAA' N More or the Liquid Amino Infusion to take them pre and during your workout. I have had customers ask if they should mix it in their protein and we suggest not to. Another good time to take them is before bed. They really do help with endurance and especially recovery.
