I always weigh my chicken after its cooked, so I know im getting about that amount of actual protein. Sad that it costs so much to feed your family proper nutrition.
That's one way to do it. I eat a ton of fish about 10lbs of salmon a week and 5 lbs of chicken..I eat steak every other week, I don't eat much red meat.
In addition I also but turkey breast, for some of you that may be a better choice if you can afford it.
