doctor says thyroid is good. no Trt. I only work 6 hours a week. I can get to the gym 5x a week as soon as I can get my back feeling better. I could also be more active . All I do is janitorial work. There is snow. I would like to go the gym everyday. Up until 8 months I was.
Do you think I should bother with clen either/or t3 ?

U need to get heart rate up and get anaerobic threshold better and longer!!

If u choose to use anything Testosteone at 400-600mg wk all I would stick with if it were me. It will bring up metabolism with diet and exercise fighting catabolism!!!
I would say a hgh stimulator would help too.

Hgh dose of 3iu of legit stuff also helps with fat loss but shutdown at only 30 years old I don't like!!
I rather see someone one get healthy and in ideal weight range even with a little help.
Hgh or hgh stimulators help but we talking about a commitment for 6 months min.
But these are only things that help with someone already in process.
So these things all first
1- let's get u diet or show me your diet
2- workout plan to follow and up each week. Bad back!! Then proper form important and it's not how much weight but how u push to get fatigued
3- activity level gotta increase. My phone tracks me with an app. I have active phone!
I walk 12000 to 15000 steps on 5 days a week so u gotta come in because I myself am not losing weight or gaining and I am eating prolly 3500 cals a day.
U gotta cut cals 500 at a time min Or increase activity level to burn more than u putting in!!!!
4- ONLY ONCE U FOLLOWING ABOVE THEN WHEN YOUR BODY CAN'T KEEP UP WITH SORENESS AND LOSE THE MOTIVATION AND ENERGY TO DO IT AND RECOVER THEN U CAN DO 16 WEEKS TESTOSTERONE CYCLE
5- if u choosing Testosterone already then u Gotta get other things in order!
U wanna use hcg to keep batteries on low charge while one it and aid in recovery! Threads here on it!!
Give me time to make u diet and workout plan with activity level up!!! Your back will feel better if u can drop to 200lbs for sure.

All u need is to follow plan, protien, food, sleep and motivation!! Only thing I say is testosterone if u choose anything and maybe an ai!!! And hcg!!
But only saying that cause u mentioned using gear!! I know when someone decided it's there choice but u need to know these things may help if we doing work with metabolism and recovery but they won't take place of our role in doing the work.
