Sorry I haven't been active in here recently. I was in vacation and having lots of fun.

I did workout twice a day actually at the resort gym but it was too hard to post up while we were there.

Now that we're back home, I'll be posting regularly again.

Got to try out my new weightlifting hooks and I love them. At first it feels weird not having to grip the bar. The hook hold it and you just have your hands loose around the outside of the hook. But once you get used to that, it's awesome. Really able to focus on working the muscle intended instead of worrying about losing my grip! Weight way up in all exercises and my back is FRIED right now.
