Okay, well all day I was planning on Killing arms tonight and here's how crazy I am. I was in my gym actually setting up the rack for Tri Pressdowns and at that second I felt like destroying back!! Lol. Just like that I was craving back so I did. Friggin broke max weight for reps in 3 different exercises too.

Was hoping to Kill legs tonight but my family had other plans. They all ganged up on me and wanted to go out to the Mall and dinner again. So...."Happy Family and Wife, Happy Life"!
