LMAO, Yes thats a love note,, it was left by my GF after a fight. Nothing better then "make up sex". Anyway, no thats not a sock, I wish bc thats a huge sock, lol. I used the paint feature. I did post pics of my legs on the contest thread. Im trying to gain a little more before I diet and try to bring in a nice package this summer. Your back pic looks awesome, hope you and The Dude are well:)
 
Wow bro you've really brought those wheels up! I remember the before pics. It was a three horse race near the end, you, me, and Silk. Whatever you're doing is working. I need to bring up my legs too so if you'd like to share your recipe then by all means! LOL

Ive done eberything and found that the quads just need punished like your beating up the kid that picked on you for years. I get mad as hell and really go until I cant walk up stairs anymore. I do that twice per month and go lighter the other 2 weeks.
1. I do 5-7 "WORKING" sets of squats. I dont count a set until its heavy enough for at least 12-15 reps. If I fuck up the set, it doesnt count. I go shoulder width on feet and use a 120lb dumbell standing and my glutes hit that so I know Im slightly below parellel.
** My problem is that my lungs usually give out before my quads and I cant pre-exhaust bc then I dont have the energy for the squats, so thats why I need 5-7 working sets.** If your trying to add mass, I firmly beleive that legs take a beating all day just toting your ass around, so to break them down is like whipping someone. Reminds me of Roots.
2. On the other 2 weeks I use a squat maching that I bought. I go heavy and hard but dont get the same results as squating but you cant keep that crazy intensity 2 weeks straight. Burns out your CNS.
3. I go to leg press and have learned by going slow, where my quads get the best feel. For ME, its not like what I see on videos. Its not wide and high. I keep my feet as low as I can on the platform and just in from shoulder width. The further down without your back lifting up seems to hit my quads better. I dont go super heavy, my lungs are hurting too much, so I do 15-20 reps and push past ANY and ALL pain. Its really fuvking painful at the 15th rep, but I go until my quads give out or my lungs.
4. If I have anything else in the tank, I do lunges or leg ext.
5. I have found that after leg press, I will get up, wait 10 secs and do "Ghost Squat", just made up the term. I hold onto a pole or rack and squat with just my bodyweight knda like jefferson squats. I want to make sure they are burnt. I do wait about 3-4 minutes between sets.
6. Obviuolsy food, supps and listenng to your body. My legs have sucked for many, many years and I hate squating but I found that it works and please dont woryy about the amount of weight on the bar. I found that going up to 450lbs for 10 looked awesome but got MUCH better results by doing 365lb for 17 reps.
Hope this helps, and there are plenty of guys on hear with better quads. Look at Dude, Chris, and others. Its just been my passion from last summer so you gotta have your heart in it for sure.

I totally agree with your leg approach, I need to crush, mangle, and destroy them like I stole them! I started with this about a month ago and I hit legs twice a week now so I've got about 8 workouts in and I can tell a difference in fullness already. I like how you're blowing them up so intensely that you've barely got anything left for extensions! You know you've torched them when that happens. Thanks for sharing bro!
