MEAL 2…PRE-WORKOUT……800 calories

-150 grams chicken breast
-1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
-100 grams zucchini
-1 kiwi

MEAL 3…POST-WORKOUT….. 700 calories
80 grams cream of rice
60 grams whey isolate
1 tablespoon honey
Pinch of sea salt

MEAL 4… .700 calories….
-200 grams lean ground beef…five percent fat
-200 grams boiled sweet potato
-75 grams avocado
-1 handful mixed greens plus
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil

tell us more about indian diet. i always thought you couldn't eat beef. So, I'm surprised that I see you eating it. @Tiger Salman Khan I guess it depends on your particular culture and religion.
