80mg tertroxin
30mg hysone

Calories 1200-1400g
Protein 130-150g
Carb 130-140g
Fat 35g
Fibre 40g
Drowning in chicken breast.. šŸ¤£

Remedial Training (torn glute med+min, multiple spinal stenosis)

Remedial pilates no weights or resistance:

Leg lifts 20r 2s
Pelvic curls 15
Hip bridges 10r2s
Crunches 15r2s
Cat cow x 10
Chair squats 10 (pain reached)
Incline pressups(shoulder blades to centre back) 15r2s

1kg:10r2s:
Bicep curls
Half kneel 1 arm rows
Standing rows
Flys
Pull ups
Overhead press
Cardio is incidental right now, hoping to add in cycling, my bikes miss me!

Any help welcome!
 
Weekly weigh and measure
Gained 400g
Lost 11cm total
I'll take it! Hoping that's muscle gain /maintain plus fat loss.

Pushing weekly tirz out by 12 hours till I get to Friday evening, contain fatigue and nausea sides to weekend.
Will likely move weigh and measure to friday morning as well.

Fatigue and inability to build muscle / heal the glute tears are still major hurdles. 4 years of torn ligaments, Physio useless, relying on steroid shots in bursa to walk.
Adduction / abduction hip exercises set me back still.

Need HGH and tirz source to continue.

Thoughts? Comments?

DX hgh deficient post head injury 29 years ago, bloods long ago filed with lithe accident investigations, I don't even know if I still have the paperwork, I ditched a lot of guy scans as the films were deteriorating and sticking together, no longer readable etc. Failed short synacthen stim, below range igf1, was being treated through local doc but lack of finances and doc no longer available I haven't supplemented hgh in a decade. Massive weight gain and am just starting to get back into mobility, not comfortable with pics of myself, yet!
Due third shot of tirz tonight but pushing it to tomorrow to have the weekend for sides if still happening. Prescribed for weight loss though health clinic.
Macros and sets and reps are in the first post, that's the s/r.
I'll get better šŸ˜‚
Hypothyroid and adrenal insufficiency also from head injury (empty sella)

Not tracking cardio beyond steps atm, only have enough energy for the 1kg Dumb bell and pilates routine listed above along with daily tasks, currently doing a ton of yard work including pressure washing everything, with fatigue breaks. Slow going but don't want to end up bedridden again šŸ‘

I take multi vits about twice a week, daily multi vits cause extreme leg cramping at night, but sure what the culprit is but my legs pretzel from hip flexors to toes, extremely painful and not resolved with magnesium.
I don't regularly take vit C, I should!

I'm deeply distressed to publish my stats online...

Not ready to write weight yet šŸ˜¢ maybe after a few more weeks on tirz, significantly overweight tho.
My body comp scales are throwing an error when I try to use that feature, I don't think it was accurate when it worked. I know I carry a lot of visceral fat. Can't report that figure right now. Super high body fat though.

Thanks for your reply, not sure if you mean weights or calories?
If weights cos I'm returning to movement from being bedridden, am still very weak
If calories, because tirz reduced appetite and that's about all I can get in while hitting protein minimum of 100g, I aim for 130g daily.
Also, still very new.
Would love input?
Or if I missed the light query target, apologies and please let me know!
 
Remembered hgh prescription was supplied through SciGen, scitropin A.
I wonder if they would have records.

Contacted old doc surgery, they destroyed records over 7 years old that weren't digitised Inc results.
Spoke to pharmacist about best price for tirz, not sure I can afford next month. I have 2 weeks stock.
Remembered the anti nausea meds, forgot the Vit D.
I've been telling my doc and 4 different physios that no matter what I do I can't build muscle, just barely ward off atrophy. Afraid tirz will be catabolic over time.
