Thanks for checking in. I’ve been having to work up on the pipeline and up in Prudhoe Bay this last week, TSA always has to use their gunpowder wand on my protein powder and I don’t know why ha ha. But I’m catching some of the man camp workouts are not as good. I haven’t been able to post, I got back last night, but I’ve been pretty sick. I’ll post the rest of my training workouts more of the food and my cycle seems to be going really good now that the amounts are up. I’m definitely seeing difference in muscle but I can see that we have to play the long game because life happens sometimes. I’m not one of those guys that can go to the gym and then wonder what the hell I’m gonna do with the rest of my day. So I’m really pleased with all the progress I’m making And there’s no stopping me now.

Coaches and MC team, thanks very much to all of you who have checked in on me, I really appreciate it. I've been sick for a week there, but was back out in the field for 2 weeks. Luckily, the man camps have great gym facilities, and almost no one but the new guys use them. US old guys get our pick of whatever equipment we want.
Okay, lots to update:
I just got my bloodwork back, and I am really pleased. It's attached as a pdf. If you're a bloodwork guru, you'll see my current numbers on the far left column, and the numbers from last July more in the center. The numbers last July were one week after a Test/Anavar 9 week cycle, so my liver enzymes were elevated, but my T was really low. I'm not sure the Lab Corp testing for T is all that accurate.

This bloodwork is 5 weeks into a Test @ 400/wk, Primo @ 300/wk, NPP @ 300/wk cycle. So that means that the supplements I'm getting advice on are working very well. I'm always looking for more advice on how to keep my liver enzymes in check and LDL/HDL numbers in a good range on (and off) a cycle. I don't need my doctor asking any odd questions...
For cholesterol I'm taking Red yeast Rice, Fish oil. For Liver I'm taking more fish oil, TUDCA, Glutathione, Milk Thistle. I have a once a day Metformin for blood sugar, and I also take CoQ10, don't remember why I'm supposed to take that. Any advice on liver support, cholesterol control from over the counter sources (that actually work) would be appreciated.

The flu bug brought me down for a good week, ended up having a 5 day off week. The workouts after that were lighter, but I got back in the gym when I could stand it. I'm back and going hard. It feels fucking great.

In my gear, I was using NPP until last week. The NPP was on some good advice to see how I would respond emotionally or otherwise to Nandrolone. I had no issues whatsoever. I switched to Deca because I don't have to inject as much or as often, since it's a higher concentration (200mg/ml) and a longer ester. So far, really good. I wish I could find Primo at more than 100 mg/ml from a reputable lab. Almost all of the ones endorsed on this forum stop at 100mg/ml. But I can live with that. I'm going to ask some advice at the end of this update on adding 20mg/day of anavar (oxandrolone from PSL) on workout days. Be gentle...

My diet, has gone back to being pretty strict, except I'm up to 2,300 cal/day rather than the 1,800-1,900/day I was on. I'm still losing fat, but it's slow, which is fine. I'm only trying to get down to 10%-12% BF by May. I'm at about 15-16% now.

Even through the holidays I'm bringing my food with me to social events and eating just my food. No drinking either, I'm on a good path for muscle growth. I gotta respect the streak.

Each meal Macro looks approximately like this: 200g protein, 235g Carb, 62g Fat. Gives me a total of 2,300 calories. Protein is 100g from shakes, 100g from food: chicken, eggs, occasional steak, shrimp, ground turkey. I'm not interested in the exotic horse loins, and buffalo anus that some of the guys swear by. Carbs are from brown/wild rice mix, and hard colorful fibrous veggies: Green Beans, Broccoli, peas, carrots, beets, small cubes of squash.

Workout schedule changed a little as I can feel I'm getting stronger. All lifts have gone up, and I'm maxing out the 200lb stack on my pull down machine. That feels good to add an extra plate to the stack... Anyway, I added an extra rest day because I'm able to go so hard on my lifts now.
Current workouts are: Day 1- Arms, Day 2- Chest & Shoulders, Day 3 rest. Day 4- Back, Day 5 Legs, day 6 Rest. The start again. It's really going good for now. I'm paying attention to anything that gets stale or that just isn't connecting at the moment.
I can see a big difference in my arms and chest, as well as my quads. The more fat I can lose, the better my legs look.

I'm glad I switched to Deca, so I'm pinning less frequently, and less oil. No acne at all, and Estradiol is fine in my bloodwork, so next cycle (next spring) I may go a little higher on the compounds.
On Monday I pin 200 Test/100 Primo/200 Deca. Wednesday I pin another 100mg of Primo, Friday I pin 200T/100 Primo/100 Deca.

I see some conflicting advice out there on adding low dose Oxandrolone for about 4-5 weeks in the middle or toward the end of a cycle like this one. And also, should I take it even on rest days? Some influencers only take it on workout days because it's such a short half life. I always take it sublingually, trying to be good to my liver. What does this group think of that? Is adding the anavar unnecessary? I liked the dry and lean effects of the anavar last time. Just looking for a little more of that. This cycle ends January 17.
Now that I'm back at my home gym, I'll snap a couple photos to show the progress. Arms are just starting to approach 16", and of course I want 18". Could I actually get to 19" arms at 60 years old? I'll bet I can....

Anyway, thanks again for all the guys who checked up on me. I'm here for the long haul fellas. I have noticed that I get flirted with by younger women in airports and on airplanes. Not sure how I would deal with that when I'm on the road... If you only go around once, maybe that's a perk I shouldn't pass up?

Traveling and working making money. Getting with women and all this other stuff that you're involved in is really fun stuff.
 
This time of year, I'm sure there's barely any sun up there.
Gets pretty depressing, I would imagine.
It does affect some folks that for sure! It’s an odd thing when you go a few months without sunlight, it makes your body crave carbs. Almost everybody gain body fat in the winter time even when they try not to.
 
What do you end up eating being stuck up there in northern Alaska?
Heard you guys like, to eat seals and stuff like that.
We have to fly in our own food. So we bring bags of frozen chicken and we’ll go to Costco and get ribeyes in New York steaks. Otherwise protein powders keep really well. Things like oatmeal. Anything that you can cook with just one little flame or a single hot plate
