Great long post man. Love your diet layout. With the anavar, I have never used it in the middle of the cycle like that but you can just try and see how it goes. Remember that it is still liver toxic, regardless of how you take it.
 
OK, so those two particular meals, one of them that’s just shrimp and rice is two meals worth. The one on the plate with the veggies, the macros are approximately 40 g of protein, because half of the shrimp are grilled and wrapped in bacon. They are the large red shrimp that really taste like lobster. So every four of those shrimp has 12 g of protein and 50 cal. I think there were 13 shrimp altogether. You can see the veggies what you don’t see is the half cup of rice, so the bacon gave me a little bit of fat and the rice mixture Gave me about 70 g of carbs.

So this morning was my back day, I do some overhead pull down warm-ups and some lighter dumbbell Rose, because my 59-year-old joints need more warming up than they used to ha ha. The workout itself this morning was:
three sets of 10 neutral, close grip pull-ups, Two sets of seven wide grip pull-ups where I go all the way down to a dead hang. Those really kick my ass I can’t get very many. But I’m not interested in how many pull-ups I can do. I’m interested in really hitting my upper lats so I can get that “V“ look.

Next are some overhead cable close grip lat pull downs, four sets with progressive poundages, 200 pounds, 210 pounds, 220 pounds.

Next is three sets of 15 wide grip pull downs, as heavy as I can make them and still maintain good form.

Next are standing T bar rows, three sets of 20. If they were chest supported, I could go heavier, but I’m slowly trying to build up the stamina in my lower lumbar region. That’s probably my weakest body part right now after spending years in an office chair your core just goes to shit.

Next are the standing but bent over stiff armed cable what I call “lat sweeps“ still trying to build that upper lat V shape.

I end the back workout with four sets of 15 one-handed seated cable rows. It’s the kind where I sit backwards on a bench and stretch all the way out and get that total lat stretch before I drive my elbow all the way back and around. Trying to not just hit my upper lats, but to hit my lower traps and my rhomboids. Again, I’m not trying to go for a thick back like Dorian Yates, I’m looking for a V shape.
I do abs on this particular day, I do three sets of 30 shoulder yoke crunches with 110 pounds on the cable.

If I don’t get too sidetracked, I can get their whole workout done in an hour. Almost every one of these sets, the very last set is a real grind, I try to get to one RIR or 0 RIR but not actual failure. I do love pushing to failure, but I’m gonna wait till my next Meso-Cycle when I’m gonna do nine weeks of Testosterone, Primobolan, and Tren. It will be the hardest pushing set I’ve been able to do in a couple years. Gonna see if I can set some personal records.

on the cycle part, when you want to start? I think you should AVOID trenbolone at your age, dangerous
but Testosterone primobolan is perfect with some ostarine/n2guard/cardarine mixed in instead of tren

Cardio is 30 minutes every other day. It’s low impact still, the elliptical runner. If cardio falls on a workout day I keep it far from the workout.

you on TRT now?
Yes on TRT for life. Not worried about pct for that. For me pct is recovery for liver if I’ve had orals in the mix, and/ or cholesterol.

It’s my usual veggie mix, I included a picture of the bag of these Costco vegetables that I use, a cup and a half of them comes up to about 50 cal, hardly any carbs about 3 g of protein, but it’s got some dietary fiber, but at least they’re the complex veggies that I need to put in there. For this meal, I’m gonna get some carbs from the banana. The 7 ounces of chicken is gonna give me about 40 g of protein. And it’s gonna do that for about 190 cal. So it’s a low calorie meal for the most part, before the banana it’ll be about 240 to 250 cal, the banana is gonna add about another hundred calories as carbs. This is my post workout meal today. Today’s legs I’ll post that workout in a little bit. About an hour or so after this meal, I’m gonna add a whey protein shake as well. Making sure that I get the 200 g of protein a day. If I’m gonna be on this much gear, I don’t wanna miss out on any growth at all.

but how was the workout?
 
Workouts are finally back and strong. After being sick for a couple of weeks, it really sucked. I’m kind of rebuilding anyway two years ago. I had a major spine surgery so I’ve made some amazing gains this year. And I’m pretty happy for them. I’m gonna post some pictures pretty soon Showing a little bit of the progress. Like most guys I wanna be able to take my arms from 16 inches to 19 inches in 112 week cycle but of course that’s just plain not possible… Ha ha. Workouts are good. I love the grind. I got a great home gym so I’m making plans for next year. Going to fill up my calendar for next year just like I did this year.
 
that is a fantastic meal just be careful with the garlic I always recommend to people not to add garlic or onions to their Foods as they are very inflammatory in the gut

Good to know! I’ve heard that about onions for some people, but did not know about garlic. After a while, just plain chicken and vegetable starts to get a little old and I gotta throw on some barbecue sauce or something.
 
Very interesting about how carbs and weather have impacts.

No way. Can a human being have a long healthy life, living in those types of climates.
