well boys and girls, it's been a few days since i last posted. as usual, quite dang busy. i bought another house in the country to get away from the city smells and complications cauised by the constant influx of chemical coming in. so been moving, mostly on my own. haven't been getting workouts in like i'd like, but if you count heavy labor in moving, i'm doing at least that much. things such as refrigerator, freezer, safe, all woofd dressers and chest of drawers, tool chest with tools in them, and so forth. i have managed to get my rack up in the garage and started working on doing pullups again. weather has gotten cold, but still doing it. need to clean my heater. have work to do on the new house as well that i didn't see before buying, because it was covered up.
currently am still doing my own trt. the pip has went down considerably since i removed all meds except those i really need right now. i didn't get the surgery yet due to one of the meds making me bleed again. i bled so much that i almost needed a transfusion. literally. my red blood count was down to 7.3. normal is like 13 to 19. so now i'm waiting for blood counts to come back up, because they don't transfuse above 7.0. no wonder i was so exhausted.

my current regimen for trt is:
sus 250 mg/ deca 200 mg twice a week.

i think it's has been about the best dose for me for trt purposes.

i'm still on fentanyl patch 12mcg/hr and codeine for break through pain, which is more often with moving. i have a lot of stuff accumulated over the years. lol. need to have a yard sale sometime. went to a gym today to check if it had silver sneakers program so i can try to do leg presses. i can't do weighted squats or deadlifts with the pinched nerve. heck, just the stretch on the pullups is excruciating on my lumbar and hips.

still hanging in there and going at it. life goes on and things need to be done. my wife has been doing more of the cooking of late, since i'm moving the heavy stuff. one of the meds i was on caused me nerve damage through out my body, so dealing with that now. i'm pretty sure it was gabapentin which was to stop nerve pain. it helped at first then i got a slew of bad side effects, including nerve pain. so be careful what meds the doctors give you.

thanks for listening. you all keep pressing on and hang in there as well.
seems like you are always up to something. its good to hear about your stuff. you lead a very interesting life! @pgb

@pgb It sounds like you're doing better to me. Maybe living out in the country can have other benefits. Did you end up getting like a dog or a cat to keep you company?

no dog or cat. got enough to take care of with two great grandkids.
might get some animals for food and milk though later on.

How many do you need to escape chems?
how many what to escape chems. houses, open space, or trying to avoid stores-especially during heavy times. or just not taking the meds doctors try to prescribe that mess me up more than help me. just asking. in a way i probably should be glad i can't take nearly all the meds the doctors try to prescribe. too bad i had to find out the hard way i couldn't take them with all the bad side effects they caused me. i'm still feeling and experiencing several side effects from them some more than others. pregabalin really did a number, especially on my nerves throughout my body. my fingernails still aren't like they were before i used the one. darn blood thinner, eliquis, i believe is what caused the extreme bleeding. anyways, i'm only taking the three now that i can take with as few side effects as i care to tolerate right now.
