i've tried it a few years ago at the recommended dosage and going way beyond that but it didn't seem to do much. sorry i can't be of more help.

i agree w/gymrat although i try to just work through it on the treadmill. its only a short time of discomfort 30-45min

yeah, my gym used to let me bring a cooler but they cut me off when i started dropping plates on people and having sword fights with the bars
