You will find that MC keeps the kid-shit to a minimum.
I take a formula that has A,C,E, zinc, and a bunch of the other antioxidants are in it as well (milk thistle, citrus bioflavinoids, selenium, copper, pycnogenol, etc)
I also take ALA and extra C and E.
I would up the test at week 3 to 500mg at least ...
Also, I would stack the EQ with the winny instead of leaving winny to run by itself.

LOL ... Celtics, cleans would be GREAT, but if this guy won't do squats or deads, he sure as hell won't put himself through the "fun" of cleans ... even though his body would respond in ways he can't imagine ...
Well, you could tell him that Arnold started off as a powerlifter before he moved to bodybuilding (as did our man Presser :))... and we all know that the powerlifts are benches, deads, and squats.
Deads and squats will add mass all over your body, not just your legs. Neglecting these exercises...
