A) I would have to say the biggest mistake is that athletes...
It's a tough call Bro. I'd lean towards the Pro. You know he'll be committed through to the end because he's charging you for his services. He's made the step to the Pro level and knows what it took to get there.
I'll never use anything other than TP now. I buy it plain unflavored and add it to everything from my oatmeal in the moring to mixing it with natty pb at night.
185 Lbs this morning, 2 weeks out.
No change from last week and I still have 3-4 Lbs to lose. I'm a bit dissapointed, but know I can do it. I like to be ready at this point in my prep, no excuses.
