Thanks for your suggestions bro, I've never tried M1T. Not sure how is react to it. I guess that makes it interesting to me lol
NPP is faster acting Nadrolone unlike Deca ester. But I've read that max one should be on it is 6-8 weeks else sides outweigh the gains. Then i think changing...
Thanks metal, I like tren but if you take double the tren say 800mg/week, wouldn't you need to be well over a gram on test. I heard of this new oral tren that binds to receptors exponentially better. What's your thoughts on that?
Seeing as nobody really cared to comment on this, makes me think it may not be absolutely retarded and lethal idea of a cycle.
So here I start 3 week DNP phase today.
Feel free to drop a word of caution or advice as some of you are experienced at this.
Great work, that looks dense with nice pop.
Thought I have to say it makes me jealous to see that 18" on a 5.5' will look like 15" on me or any one over 6'. Another downfall of being tall lol I'll probably need to be 21" to look anything like that.
You guys should hear Ben Pakulski's opinion on carbs. You don't need as many carbs as you think he says,
I've started skipping carbs at bf and it feels great just eggs, veggies and healthy fats. He also says not to have carbs pre w/o as it makes you lazy and drops energy levels. I am still...

Wrong Shoes: Running Shoes. The air & gel filling is great for reducing impact shock from running. But bad for lifting. Running shoes will limit your strength & prevent good lifting technique.
Unstable. Soles are squishy so you can't predict their behavior on each rep...
I meant Adistar. Expensive tho, like 200 bucks.
I'm contemplating if Chuck's Converse would be a good idea. Since they are flat and I need to wear orthotics.
How does a running shoe work out for you while heavy squats or leg press? Since they are made to absorb shock it will also absorb power you generate. I've read the hard soles are best for lifting. Even flat w/o cushion ones are better.
I heard Adidas Adipure are pretty good.
I train legs barefoot but for deadlifts and barbel rows etc I think it's good to have a nice pair of lifting shoes.
