    When do you use straps?

    I only use them for deadlifts and sometimes shrugs if I put them last in my routine. Others say to stear from them because they will slow the progress on forearm strenght. When do you use them, if any?

    How long are your workout sessions?

    I'm in and out in under an hour four days a week. Working till 9 p.m. and having the gym close at 10 p.m. doesn't limit me anymore time.

    What MP3 player do you use for lifting?

    I'm going to try and buy one today or tomorrow and just wanting some ideas. All I need is some music for 60-90 minutes. No graphics, voice records or useless BS that you spend extras on.

    I need advice on how to get rid of gym distractions.

    Oh yeah, they're closed for EVERY single holiday, including Labor Day on Monday. I guess my body is supposed to know it's Labor Day and it cannot lift.
