been training ever since i turned 15, just finished a cycle of 500mgs sust a week about three months ago gained 27 pounds so far kept about 23-24 pounds. just looking to add another 10 pounds of solid muscle while having more defined and dense muscles
what do you guys think of the following cycle:
600mg of eq week 1-16
50 mg of winny weeks 10-16
just looking to lean out a bit, and add 7-10 pounds of lean muscle.
stats are 20yrs old 5'11 223 @ 13% bf
