sir, yes, sir. had a great workout with heavy squats and snatches and straight leg deadlifts. now i'm ready for some football. they don't show the packers game over here, but i will be able to catch the cowboys and fins.

dude, congrats on your decision to start working out again. but in my opinion, it would be ridiculous to start juicing right now. that's no flame, just my two cents. but after a few weeks of working out wih a bowflex, doing steroids is plain ridiculous - even if you used to train a few years...
