This seems like a good night for something different, here is the plan:
Pick several basic leg machines and with a moderate weight, do 100 reps, you can pause but cannot get up from the machine. Usually get 25-30 reps then need to pause, then grind out as many more as possible, and so on until you reach 100.
Anyone have any other type of "crazy routines" you sometimes do to break up the monatany?
