I had a read of your beginners guide 3j, super informative! Modifying diet to fit in with your guide. Based on the dodgy impedance scale fat measurement (all I have to work with atm) my bmr should be 1817 calories. Being that I haven't started gym yet and my job is fairly active I used the 1.2 multiplier for a tdee of 2180 cals
To cut properly, what do you suggest? 2-300 cals under my bmr?
