188 Lbs this morning. My metabolism has kicked in now with the Keto diet.
I'm actually pleased with these. I brought up my Back & Arms and I'm 100% (without injury). I had an injured Bicep Tendon and Shoulder last competition. My conditioning is way behind where I'd like it to be, but it is what it is. I'm not going to do anything drastic. I'll increase my Cardio and stay the course.
