Blood donation

I like to donate blood every three months because I know my red blood count is pretty high most of the time and I feel a lot better after I do it .. Anyone else ever donate? I'm an A- and is used for most types.. Anyone that crazy "o" blood type.. Goin today to share my supplements to the needy..

I'm starting back in about a month after I know my blood is cleaned out. I Never knew if AAS effected anything when donating so I never donated.

You say you feel better after you donate? Physically? In what way? What does it feel like when you RBC is high?

Back in 2005 ( I think) when I had a valid Drs script, I was upfront w/the blood bank as to what I was taking.....GH, Test Cyp, Decca.....that prompted a call from the admin nurse of course asking plenty of questions. Funny they haven't contacted me since. But I do still donate this time thru the Red Cross, its a great thing to do and I feel better after I do it. I'm especially fond of watching the needle get stuck in LOL
