Hello all.

I'm new here and there is allot of good threads to sift threw here. Good work all.

Now to my point. I injured my elbow about 3 months ago. I went to the dock. They told me " nothing surgical, go to physical therapy". I did, and guess what? ...
Your right, still fucked up! I have been waiting to run another cycle until my elbow had heald. I am new to this. I don't want to start and waist any gear. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to MuscleChemistry.com bro, I agree with waiting. What did you do to your elbow? Is this an age related injury? Did the physical therapy help at all? Do anti inflammatory's help? Usually I would recommend trying DMSO but would like to know more. Sometimes deca will help joint problems. Anyway give us more information and I will be back in an hour.
 
Sorry, I had an early night. I felt the pain when I was doing reverse curls. Doc said there were some small tears nears on the triceps and biceps near the elbow. Possibly tendinitis.

The physical therapy helped some, and I don't think it's an age issue. I'm only 36, 185lbs and about 16%bf.

The injury happened about 10 days after my last cycle. I was
 
I would stay away from reverse curls or any movements that put too much stress on the elbow. RICE, you know rest, ice, compression and elevation. Take some aspirin and try some DMSO on it. Then after all that maybe DECA will provide some relief. The older I get I have to stay away from exercises that put too much stress on my joints. When I was younger I had tendinitis I made sure to ice it often and use aspirin and I think DMSO can work wonders
 
Another thing to look into is MC IGF1 LR3. It has been a game changer for my workout related injurys.
 
Thanks iron. I ice it at least 3x daily, and am on NSAI. I haven't worked my left arm at all for about 3 months. I will get my hands on some DMSO. I have a buddy that uses it on a regular basis.

I will try igf1. I'm told that it is hard to find the real deal. So I guess the hunt begins.

I feel like am idiot now. I just put the "MC IGF1 LR3" together. MC=muscle chemistry. I'm kind of a dumb ass sometimes.

Well look at you, checking in on your little brother. Glad you found me. Thanks for all the advice. I will get it coming my was as fast as possible.

I will also post a log of how it is working for me. Along with diet, exercise, and so on.

I'm using 50 mcg a day 45 min pre workout with 30 grams of whey and 80 grams of carbs (cream of rice ) mixed in a shake. The pump is insane

From my understanding you want all those carbs cause the igf-1lr (insulin like growth factor) so the igf is shuttling all these carbs and protein into your cells. I would just avoid fats pre and post workout

Okay so my MC IGF-1 arrived over the weekend. I am ready to add it to my diet therapy regiment for recovery. I have read a few threads where members have been taking carbs and protein with the IGF to magnify the effects. Threw reading the numerous logs and articles here i think i have a good idea of how the IGF works. I am not wanting to have too high of a carb diet at this point due to my restrictions on my elbow. I will switch to more of a bulking schedule once my elbow is back in the game.

Now with all that said. I plan to to pin in the affected area at 50 pre-workout on training days and do 40 subQ on my off days. I will take 23g of protein pre-workout, sip on my All Day You May (BCAA) threw my workout, and another 25g slow reseal protein post workout. I will also eat pretty clean threw out the day.

Any advice or comment would be appreciated.

I am going to try to get the MRI pics of my elbow posted sometime. I will try to get another MRI post therapy to see the difference.
