Another thing to look into is MC IGF1 LR3. It has been a game changer for my workout related injurys.

This has always helped me when I get this problem. Happens every year, and then I focus on pinning my triceps and biceps, and soon the pain is gone.
 
That is a great idea. That is basically what I did, and I am feeling great now. I would advise you to take it slow.. One your down, your down. Getting back up is a bitch. Take time to heal. You should be pain free before returning to any exercise that my irritate your injury. That is my opinion.
 
I applies DMSO a couple of night and hit chest yesterday. Wore my elbow sleeve and didn't have any pain working out. It is a little sore today, but nothing I cannot handle. Going to order my IGF next week, cannot wait to start!!!
