I did Back yesterday. I’ve lost 8 pounds since starting this Prep and sill feel strong.
I went right after the 1-Arm DB Rows starting with 45’s and ended strong with the 100’s. Reversed Grip Lat Pulldowns followed by Seated Pulley Rows.
I got up at 0600 to do Cardio and my wife yelled at me, LOL. She told me obsessed.
