I had my days wrong.
I did Back yesterday. I’ve lost 8 pounds since starting this Prep and sill feel strong.
I went right after the 1-Arm DB Rows starting with 45’s and ended strong with the 100’s. Reversed Grip Lat Pulldowns followed by Seated Pulley Rows.
I got up at 0600 to do Cardio and my wife yelled at me, LOL. She told me obsessed.

i think we all have a screw loose where we are obsessed over this. many of us are type A's. many of us would rather workout then do just about anything @ChuckaZulu67

My Bodybuilding Circle keeps getting smaller as I get older. It’s nice to come on here and discuss everything Bodybuilding with likeminded people.
I was good at the family cookout yesterday while everyone pounded the food.
I made myself a nice chocolate shake with 13 oz water, ice, 50 grams Protein powder, a banana and a gob of natty peanut butter once we got home.
I was 187 lbs this morning!!!

So my progress weight wise and in appearance isn’t where it needs to be for the NYC show in August.
I’m going to stay with the original plan for the Mass Muscle here on September 20th.
I hit Legs today starting with Smith Squats. I felt a slight twinge in my back (muscle strain) with just 225 and switched to the Leg Press. I was fine there for the duration. I did Calf Raises and finished with heavy SLDL’s.
I’m smoked!!!
