Have you tried hmg, hcg, and clomid together?

Yeah hcg bro and went from 300 down to and leveled off at 275lbs for the last 6 weeks and sex drive is decent, not nearly what it was but back to prolly normal hopefully and in 2 weeks I'll have my sperm count checked by our fertility doctor so we shall see
