wassup everybody..

I was completely drained .. I took a rest day and I got the most sleep I've gotten in awhile!! I came home from work and passed out around 7:00p.m and I just woke up about 20 min ago at 6:30a.m!!

I spent the last couple days out of town visiting a girl i met and I was completely tapped out I was planing on going to the gym to do cardio and abs at least but I literally got home from work and passed out.. I even missed my last meal 😂

So today I woke up refreshed and feeling good.. I had to work and didnt get to the gym till after my shift but I still got in a good leg day in along with some abs.. However it closed before I could do cardio so I went home had my protein shake than I went for an hour long walk..

I hit another PR on Leg presses but I think im going to have to scale the weight back a bit my knees are still bothering me even though I used the knee wraps..

Im super excited for the Reta I will be starting it as soon as I get it. Ive never used a Glp-1 before and Im hoping it will accelerate this fat loss cause summer is coming quick

Another announcement is that Im going back to my old split because I've noticed that just doing Upper/Lower split the lifting sessions are waaay too long causing me to skip cardio too much mostly because with my schedule I either dont have the time before work or the gym closes too early for me to do after lifting..
