This log is mainly to educate on the compounds that are being ran, and their effects/results.
From what I've read on these boards, you guys know how to train and eat.
I have no problem posting what I'm doing if you're interested, but this way, it saves time and keeps the log focused.
The first part of this log is just an update on my last cycle and PCT.
STATS:
36 years old
5'9"
170lbs
30-31" Waist
49-50" Chest/Shoulders
15" Arms
14" Calves
Bodyfat is roughly 15-18%. Probably closer to 15%.
I need to have this checked professionally, because I really have no idea.
My abs and obliques are fairly visible when flexed, but not ripped by any means.
I hold all of my fat on my torso (Chest, Love Handles, Stomach).
Hardly any at all on my legs or arms.
BF% is a pretty difficult thing to guess.
I know, I still have A LOT of work to do!
It's cool though, because I have a completely different physique than I had 2.5 years ago.
I weighed 195, and my muscles were smaller.
I have gone from 195 to 170, so I guess I have lost about 30-35lbs of fat,
and gained about 10lbs of solid muscle over the last 2.5 years.
The tape measure proves that (I keep a record), because all of my measurements have gone up, but weight has gone down.
I still want to gain 10 to 20lbs of solid muscle, and drop to roughly 10% bodyfat. I think that should put me close to 180 @ 10%.
I'd be REALLY happy with that!!
I realize that's gonna take some time.
I don't expect that out of this cycle, but that's what I'm working towards in the long run.
Hopefully I'll be able to accomplish that in the next year or two.
Sooner would be nice though.
That's why I'm willing to experiment with so many substances.
My last cycle was pretty disappointing, and I'm really hoping for a lot more this time.

I only gained 3-4lbs, and I actually lost 1" in my arms, and 1" in my thighs.
I ran a modest dose of Trest, because I was counting on the Dbol to do the work, but it didn't.
I have actually re-gained the 1" on my arms over my 4 week break, so I'm happy about that.

Dbol @ 20/20/20/20/40/40
Trest-Deca @ 150/150/150/150/225/225 Weekly
Trest-Ace @ 25/25/25/50/25/25 ED
MC IGF1-LR3 @ 40-80mcg/ED
This was my first time running Dbol, so I was expecting more out of it.
Where it says 20mg, I was actually running it at 30mg most days (mainly on training days).
My supplier (PSL) has resent me a new batch of Dbol just in case I had a bad batch the last time (Myself and others feel that was the case).
Honestly, it did take a little effort to make things happen (Presser had to intervene), but in the long run, they took care of me.
I had only purchased 200 tabs, but they resent me 300 tabs! That was AWESOME of them!!
PSL is a straight up company, and they take care of MC members!
The package arrived in less than 3 weeks, and everything looks good to go!
4 packs of Dbol is pretty cheap, but it's the principal that counts here.

I won't be running the Dbol until the fall, but I will be purchasing a LABMAX kit to test the Dbol this time.

I have not ran anything for 4 weeks except for MC IGF1-LR3 (not even Test), and I have not lost any of my gains (only gained 3-4lbs in the first place).
I was running Trest-Deca in my last cycle, so I know that takes a while to get out of your system.
That may have a little to do with maintaining my condition.
I am the most vascular that I have ever been, and I definitely attribute that to the IGF!
My girl hasn't gotten used to it, and she said she's not sure how she feels about it. HAHA!
My veins are always more visible, but when I do any type of physical activity, they look like they're going to explode!
It's AWESOME!!
For the last 4 weeks, I have been running Letro, Anti-P, and Nolvadex to get my E2 and Gyno under control (I have a small lump under my right nip).
I started with a low dose of Letro, and worked my way up to 1.5mg.
I am in the process of tapering back down.
I have been running 20mg/ED of Nolvadex, and Anti-P (Caber) @ .25mg per week to manage prolactin.
I started running .5mg/EOD A-Dex this week, because I have read that it can take a bit to kick in.
This will also help to prevent estro relapse from the Letro.
I have also been taking care of my liver.
I have been taking 250mg/ED UDCA, Liver support formula with Milk Thistle, Dandelion Root, and Artichoke.
I have also been taking NAC @ 600mg/ED.
I will continue this throughout the cycle.
Everything seems to be really good. I have not felt any negative sides at all.
I feel great, and I'm ready to get back on a cycle!
My goal is to get as much of a recomposition as possible.

The PROP and TREN are from MB (Mass Builder), and so far the experience with them has been great!
They are very professional, but email communication could be just a little better (I understand they are busy).
I tried several times to confirm my order, but it never happened.
That was the ONLY issue.
The order was correct though, and very well packaged (vacuum sealed)!
If their products are legit, I will be using them again, because their prices are awesome, and no sig is required!
The ordering process was extremely simple, and felt safer than most other sources.
The way I look at it, if PRESSER trust's these guys, so do I!
Anyway, I plan to run the PROP @ 75mg/EOD, maybe working up to 100mg/ED for 10-12 weeks.
I usually just run a test base around 200-250mg/Week.
That's all I've ever needed, but I want to try a higher dose this time.
I've never ran this much Test.
I may end up running as much as 625mg/WEEK or more.
I'm curious to see how that affects me.
I ran TEST CYP at 400 for a few weeks once, and ended up with a pretty bad bacne breakout, but I'm pretty good at controlling that now, so I'm gonna give a shot.
I have ran Trestolone as high as 350mg/WEEK.
That's about the equivalent to 1 gram of TEST, so it will be interesting to compare the two.
If I experience Gyno flare up, I may need to lower the test dose or increase AI, because I have read that DTA can cause increased aromatization from other compounds that aromatize, even though DTA doesn't aromatize itself.
I'll just have to wait and see, it guess...
I will be running .5mg/EOD of MC A-DEX, and MC NOLVA-BLOAT to keep estro/gyno under control. I have a small lump I'm trying to get rid of.
The lump has gotten smaller over the last 4 weeks, and it is no longer sensitive thanks to my AI regimen. Feel free to ask about it.
I know it would be best to wait until I get my BF % lower to start any anabolics, but I'm impatient and stubborn.
FYI, I have a pretty good regimen for Acne Prevention now, so I'm hoping it won't be an issue, especially since it's summer!
Neutrogena (Liquid-after regular soap) in the shower, Astringent (generic) after shower, then Cetaphil and Astringent before bed.
THIS EVERY DAY = ZERO ACNE!!
I also use Nizoral 2% EOD to help prevent Hair-Loss, because I am prone to MPB. It definitely works. PM me if you want the source.
It works by washing away the accumulated DHT on your scalp!
It's good stuff, and I really wish I would have started using it years ago.
I've been using it for about 8 months, and my hair has not gotten any thinner!
To those of you that know what I'm talking about, that's a HUGE deal!!
It's important to get the 2%. The 1% does nothing.
I also tried Minoxidil, but it ended up making my scalp extremely itchy after several months. Too bad...
I'm only thinning in the front, but some guys have had success using it in the front, so I thought I'd try it.
I'm sure I'll be getting implants in a few years (Due to AAS).
I just don't want to lose my hair.
I will also be running Desoxy-Testosterone Acetate (DTA) for the first time.

I am going to start out @ a low dose of 50mg/EOD the first week, and work my way up to 350-450mg/Week depending on how I react to it.
350-450mg/Week seems to be the norm.
I've read about great results with even lower doses though.
Other than Test and IGF, I will be running it solo for the first week just to see how I respond to it.
From my research, I'm not expecting any sides from it.
It is known for causing crazy acne at higher doses though (500-700mg/Week).
It is known for being very safe, and having very little side effects, but huge benefits!
DTA is known for increased strength gains, lean muscle gains, muscle hardening, and increased vascularity.
Sounds perfect for summer!
On the second week, I will be adding SuperDrol @ 10mg/ED.
I only have 25 caps, so I guess I'm just going to run it for 25 days straight.
I was also thinking about running it for 3 weeks @ 10/10/10 with the last four days @ 20mg/ED.
(I'd like some suggestions on this please!)

I really hope I can handle it this time.
I have some Klonopin prescribed just in case it puts me on edge.
That will also help with sides from Albuterol and TREN (I hope).
SD does not aromatize, but can affect prolactin,
so I will continue running MC Anti-P @ .25mg/WEEK.
The following week (or maybe the last week of the SD), I will be adding Trenbolone Acetate @ 25mg/EOD to get a feel for it.
Then, the next week, I will go up to 50mg/EOD for a total of 7 weeks.

I started running it again in March @ 20-80mcg bilaterally, and I do not plan on stopping until the end of the year. Maybe even longer.
Most guys say that the longer you take it, the better it works, so I'm taking their word for it.
Like I said earlier, I am the most vascular I have ever been, and I haven't taken anything but IGF in the last 4 weeks, so I definitely attribute that to the IGF (and diet, of course)!
I run between 20-40mcg on off days, and anywhere from 60-80mcg (dose split bilaterally) on training days.
I take it every day as soon as I wake up.
I wait exactly 15 minutes, and then have a protein shake with Milk, Whey (30gm Protein), 10 pasteurized egg whites (26gm protein) from Egg Whites International, and chocolate syrupadded to the shake, and a bowl of oatmeal.
That way I get my simple carbs, complex carbs, and short and long lasting protein.
Then I get my workout within the next 30 minutes.
My workout usually only takes 45 minutes to an hour.
I know I might should spend more time at the gym, but that's all I do for now.
I don't go to the gym to socialize. I work and get out!
I will be utilizing Jim Stoppani's "Rest-Pause" system, for the most part.
I also start and end my day with push ups.
BTW, I highly recommend Egg Whites International!
It is by far the best protein supplement I have ever bought (and I have bought a lot since the 90's)!
It goes great in shakes, milk, cereal, and yogurt. That's how I use it anyway.
You can also use it for cooking.
They make nice and fluffy omelettes, but I used to eat so many eggs that I got where I really don't care to eat them anymore.
I'd much rather drink them!
There is no comparison to powdered protein shakes.
You can't beat real food as your protein source!

Anyway, I also plan on trying to add some Albuterol during the last 4 weeks of the cycle.
I am extremely sensitive to stimulants (I can't even drink Coffee), so I don't know if I will be able to do it or not.
I've actually been trying to develop a tolerance to caffeine by starting with small amounts of Coffee, and it seems to be working.
I'm hoping that will help with Albuterol as well.
Like I said, I have Klonopin that should help with the side effects (shakes).
I'm sure it will.
Klonopin is good stuff, even at small doses (I don't take much at all).
I will start out @ .25mg and work my way up as high as I can go (if I can manage the sides).
I tried 1mg 1 day just to test, and it was too much.
I went with Albuterol, because it has been shown to be more effective and safer than Clenbuterol, and also has a much shorter Half-Life (5-6 hours).
Albuterol can deplete Taurine and Potassium levels, so I will be supplementing with Taurine and eating a banana every day.
Taurine can also be used to treat "Back Pumps" that SD has been shown to cause.

I'm considering (maybe) adding some EPISTANE somewhere in the cycle (at the end).
Maybe at Week 10 or 12 (that will end up making this a 14-16 week cycle),
and saving the Albuterol to run with it.
I want to give my liver at least a 4 week break from orals.
I will be running it @ 30/30/30/30, which is a moderate dose.
I have read a lot of positive results at that dose though, especially since I'll still be running a fairly high dose of Test (hopefully just PROP) with it.
I think that's about it for now.

They make nice and fluffy omelettes, but I used to eat so many eggs that I got where I really don't care to eat them anymore.
I'd much rather drink them!

I am not a rep! I'm just hoping we can help each other out.I never run out, and don't intend to! In fact, I have 4.5 gallons right now.
Anyway, I also plan on trying to add some Albuterol during the last 4 weeks of the cycle.
I am extremely sensitive to stimulants (I can't even drink Coffee), so I don't know if I will be able to do it or not.
I've actually been trying to develop a tolerance to caffeine by starting with small amounts of Coffee, and it seems to be working.
I'm hoping that will help with Albuterol as well.
Like I said, I have Klonopin that should help with the side effects (shakes).
I'm sure it will.
Klonopin is good stuff, even at small doses (I don't take much at all).
I will start out @ .25mg and work my way up as high as I can go (if I can manage the sides).
I tried 1mg 1 day just to test, and it was too much.
I went with Albuterol, because it has been shown to be more effective and safer than Clenbuterol, and also has a much shorter Half-Life (5-6 hours).
Albuterol can deplete Taurine and Potassium levels, so I will be supplementing with Taurine and eating a banana every day.
Taurine can also be used to treat "Back Pumps" that SD has been shown to cause.

I'm considering (maybe) adding some EPISTANE somewhere in the cycle (at the end).
Maybe at Week 10 or 12 (that will end up making this a 14-16 week cycle),
and saving the Albuterol to run with it.
I want to give my liver at least a 4 week break from orals.
I will be running it @ 30/30/30/30, which is a moderate dose.
I have read a lot of positive results at that dose though, especially since I'll still be running a fairly high dose of Test (hopefully just PROP) with it.
I think that's about it for now.

I have been making progress, but It's been slow and steady.
I guess that's a good thing though, because I believe it's easier to maintain results when it takes a while to obtain them.
On the other hand, I'm definitely ready to speed things up a bit!
