Well I got my shippments today from apallo peps and PN and hopping right into to it. fedex delivered the package early enough for me to start. This morning I took 2 pills of meta burn which I will be doing 2x a day. 2 when i wake up and 2-30min before working out. I will be taking my DNP at night right before bed. the first 2 days I will load at 400 t8hen stick at 200 for the rest of the 30days.

breakfast--8eggs and 1 cup grits with a little butter

lunch---2 chicken burgers 6oz each with 1 cup rice mixed together.

30min b4 gym metaburn and d-ribose

gym

Post wo shake with d-ribose

dinner---8oz chx with pasta light marinara sauce/alfredo

before bed cottage cheese with tea and dnp

the supps i will be taking are

fish oil
d-ribose
multi-vit
metaburn
dnp
psyllium fiber
other but not posting

current weight 255lbs 20%bf

Tried doing strongman but the mind says yes but the back says no. I put on wieght for what I was doing now I want to lose 35lbs or so. if this goes well I will be getting 2 more bottles.

Today is back so this will be fun.
 
Taking it an night is a good idea, I slept a great deal on my cycle, like 10-12 hours a night, with ac blaring at like 53 degrees, my wife walked into my room one night and was like holy shit its freezing in here. I have found that for me 14 days at 400 mg is optimal with losing about 15 lbs during that time, everyone is different so you need to find yours, that fat loss in mind blowing, you could go from 20% to 10 if done right, my diet was mostly carbs, complex kind, it was actually first time in my life I had a fast metabolism

that is the one thing I know that I need a lot of sleep but with my wife going back to school and having 4 boys under 10 I cant go to bed at the time I need to. I get up at 4am to go to work and 8:30 or 9 pm is perfect for my going to sleep if I can but with everything going on now with everyone going to school and other activities I dont go to sleep until 10-11 if I am lucky. the only thing I noticed today is that I had a headache after taking the 2nd dose of metaburn. they were taken 5hrs apart. last for like 30min then gone.
 
day 2

today was a bust with food and plans to work around the house. I woke up this morning and took my youngest son to the doc as well as myself. He has pneumonia and I have bronchitis. I wanted to come home and take a nap but had to take my other 3 kids to the county fair. Family and health come first..

Nothing to report on the DNP from last night but I did wake up sweaty from the slight feever and holding my son all night.

Food today was a bust because of everything that happened today but this is what I consumed

shake and oatmeal 1cup mixed together

chipotle chicken bowl with rice, black beans, sauted veggies, tomato salse, guac, little shredded cheese, and lettuce

snack 1/2 cup cottage cheese and 2tbs pb

you will notice that I consume 3 shakes a day m-f and 3 meals because of time restrictions w/ work and no way around it.

Today will be the last dosage at 400 mg. on to day 3
 
So you started with 400mg? That maybe what I need to do. I may need up it. How about metaburn what is your dosage? Have you seen any weight lose?
 
yeah i started with 400mg for 2 days then dosing at 200mg for the next 28. no fat loss yet but i dont expect miracles either. as for the metaburn i am taking 2 tabs 2x a day. I know that you are going to be bloated for the first couple days but this is normal and hardly any weight loss do to you holding water but that fades.

day 3.

woke up this morning sweating bad and interrupted sleep, but I do not know if that was from me having a cold or the dnp. I had a cold sweat all day today and sometimes sweating really bad and all day I am constantly clamy feel. I decided to take a week off from the gym to get over this cold. I hope this doesnt hinder the fat loss effect but I need to get over this cold. tonight I drop down to 2 pills from 4. I never posted in my origal post but my starting weight was 255. I will weigh myself once a week instead of everyday. For me this works better then weighing everyday to help from getting discouraged. From what I read tomorrow is when this stuff is supposed to "kick in" we will see and I will let you know
 
Im also thinking DNP might reduce immune system some what. So if I was sick I would probably stop. Then get healthy and then do it again. I mean winter is almost upon us so its better to do in the cold anyway. Also when I did mine I did not weigh myself for the first week. DOnt forget the carbs, I ate as many complex carbs as I wanted. I was basically at a blast cycle, I will do another for 2 weeks in length, in November. Dont forget your electrolytes , slam them along with water all day. I was probably drinking 2-3 gallons a day. With blast cycle though you really have no energy to do anything just eat. I mean I did not even want to go to the store to get my food. It was like a real burden then I couldnt wait to get home. It was worth it though in the end. My ratio was 60/30/10, 400-500 grams of carbs, whole wheat spaghetti,whole wheat pita breads, sweet potato , some cereal say a bowl around mindnight, In hindsight though if I was sick I would stop. A cold is viral so it must runs its course, good luck
 
day 4.

I am not going to post what I eat since its pretty much the same every days and whatever leftovers I have from dinner is tomorrows lunch. I take the pills each night and very soon afterwards I burn up. The sleep I get is horrible but I get enough to function and with the metaburn and d-ribose I am not tired during the day at all. I used to take a nap when I get home but not while on this. Still have the cold but feel alot better actually. Having my body temp raise is how we fight infection so this is helping I would think. I have sweats all day but after you eat. BAM. you sweat. Like 5 min later after you are done. Any phsyical activity I do besides breathing you sweat. Its like having the flu without the being sick part is how I can best describe it. Cold sweat and clamy and you move then you heat up. you eat you heat up. I have no clue how I will feel having sex on this but going to find out after her time ends. The heat is definately worse at night after you take the pills about 30 min later but I dont know what the half life is of this product is. I am starting to look bloated but I knew that this was going to happen. Hell even typing this I am sweating!
 
Thing is I took my temp and it never increased. The sweating is cooling. This is why I would never do another cycle except for the winter. I slept good ,like a baby. But like i said my air was blasting full boar all night, it was like nice, just me and my dog my wife couldnt take it.
 
the last time I took my temp was yesterday and it was 98.9 which is a little above norm for me because since I was a kid my temp is about 97.6. to me that little bit is nothing. today while as work I was sweating so much under my shirt that I sweat bleached it on parts of the shirt meaning that parts of my dark blue shirt were white. Luckily I dont have the stink side from it and hopefully I wont. as for sleeping that is different. I am irritated with it but every once in a while I wake up and there are 1-2 of my kids in my bed. usually the youngest 2 and few and far between my second so I cant have it that cold. we keep the house at 76 and I have a fan right over the bed. I am no covers and just underwear because of the youngsters.

half-life is 36 hours.

sex is very wet but if you partner doesnt mind you dripping sweat and you can perform, she'll like it. Mine did anyway.
 
Day 5.

This will be my last post on this until I weigh myself on saturday morning when I wake up. I weighed myself last saturday morning so all the times will be the same (as soon as I wake up). Nothing really happend today but as the sides that you are warned about do happen just as they say. I can definately see how some could overdose on this easily just take it one day at a time and have a fan. After more reading I am going to be set at 300mg instead of the 200mg I had originally planned......
 
Something funny. My wife last decided to turn off the fan because our room got too cold. After I went to work she grabbed one of my pillows and called me and asked if I pissed the bed because of how much I am sweating because of this stuff

well i just woke up and today is weigh in day. This stuff works. My weight is 247.00lbs from 255.02lbs. 8lb loss in 7 days . I have 23 more days to go. My next post will be on Monday when I start going back to the gym. Do to my families schedule I workout Mon, Wed,Thurs,Fri, Sat.I usually go from 7pm until I get finished but now I will go from 6:30 until done because of throwing 30 min of cardio in there of treadmill at a decent incline at a moderate pace. So far no real complaints
 
damn thats some weight loss, keep the updates coming. also do you feel flat in the muscles?
 
no I dont feel flat at all. I actually fell pretty good. The only side I get is the sweats of all the sides that I could possibly get. I also havent been to the gym in a week. since I was sick. With the metaburn and this together you are a furnace.
