I'll be starting a 2 week possibly 3 week cycle of DNP today along with T3 that I will be adding as soon as it comes in the mail..I just finished a 10 week test e and eq ace cycle using the eq only as an aid for hunger increase, well it got out of hand and I'm sitting at 243 lbs...I'm still on the test for catabolic reasons with the t3...I'll be taking 250mg DNP for atleast the first week if yielding good results I'll stay at that dose...diet will be a low carb consisting of no more than 100 carbs a day and as much protein as I can stomach...I'm not a heavy eater so I'll be lucky to get 250 grams a day. Workouts will be light with 10 to 15 minutes of cardio...currently im sitting with an 18.5 inch arm and a 49 inch chest and hoping to drop 20 lbs and keep atleast a 17 arm and 46 inch chest. If I keep more that would be a plus.

Don't know if my mind is playing tricks or not but haven't felt a differe until I ate tacos from a local stand with green sauce that is super hot and now an hour later I'm sweating to death in a tshirt and 35 degrees outside

Ok I know it's only day 1 but me and the gf went to the garth brooks concert in memphis tonight and I sweated so much that my undershirt and boxer look like I've been thrown in pool...I don't see how people can do more than 250mg a day just because it's winter and I'm sweating like a Egyptian slave building the pyramids

When i did a run of DNP i was told NO CARDIO and to keep your workouts light. YOu will not grow muscle on DNP so no need to go heavy. Also, my starting dose was 250, held that for 4 days and went up to 400. My sweet spot was 500 (tried 600, but felt like shit). Drink a lot of water and also buy some v8 juice for you to restore electrolytes. i was on DNP for 6 weeks and lost 20 lbs.
OH yea, another thing, i ate regular meals, i wasn't concerned about low carbs.

My caps are 250 dosed so if I go up it will be 500mg. Gonna give it a week at 250 and see

Well apparently the dnp heat wave is set off with hot sauce....yesterday the tacos and today had 2 grilled fish filets and decided to put a little Texas Petes on them because you know here in the south we put hot sauce on everything...now an hour later sweating just sitting here.

hey brutha drink a lot of water and Gatorade. Shit works wonders, eat your ass off tho. When ur done with it take some water pills to take out the retaining water
 
Thanks I've been on nothing but water except for my morning coffee for a while now, I was thinking of getting some low calorie Gatorade because regular Gatorade has so many carbs and I hear that sets off the heat wave also.

I have read ( no first hand experience) that gycerine aka gycerol with water will help keep you hydrated when on DNP. I have used glycerine in the past to over old water when I did activities that dehydrated me ( snowboarding at high altitudes). Worked great I could take 2 or 3 oz of glycerine and 32 to 64 oz of water and never have to pee.

Morning day 3....so I've been on 250mg a whole 48 hours weight is 238 this morning 5lbs down, diet has been fairly lax being it's been hard for me to get back in the eating right groove. Today will be the first workout since starting gonna take it easy with light weight and work chest and back just to get blood flowing.

Yes workout was weaker for sure I did 9 sets of back and 9 sets of chest and strained more that I should have with the weight being used, barely felt a pump using low weight 15 to 20 reps per set compared to my normal high weight 6 to 8 reps but was more tired for sure.

Today is day 4 down 2 more pounds today sitting at 236..and ate very bad yesterday including ice cream and a milk shake. 250 mg a day is working for me for sure.

Only downside I've ran into is the yellow staining. This is just from me reaching in the bag to grab a pill.

Today I'm up 1.2 pounds but noticed morning pee was still clear with no yellow tint,,,,so that tells me I'm hydrated and I've heard dnp will make you hold water hopefully it will start falling again. Still waiting on T3 to come in the mail....dnp dose still 250 and hot all the time too afraid going to 500 would make me miserable so I'm gonna hold off a few days and see if the weightloss stops before I go up in dose
